SUNY Alfred State and Sant’Anna Institute student/intern, Tsu Zhu, lead an interactive dinner party at her internship location, Restaurante Tasso, in Sorrento, Italy. In this video, you will see her lead her fellow students, and Sant’Anna staff, in cooking three different dishes consisting of:
– Tiramisu (Dessert)
– Chicken Milanese w/ Chips
